Eden at Dawn is the mesmerizing tale of two Palestinian men, Isaac and Gabriel who meet in Jerusalem and slowly captivate one another, only to back away and later reunite. Their love inspires them to embark on a road trip around the region, braving sandstorms and checkpoints to reach a village where people have forgotten to die. Narrated by the all-seeing sky, the story reads like an ancient myth, even though set in modern times.
Poetic, lyrical and at times hypnotic, you will be gradually transported by descriptive writing and transformed by the depth of love and emotion. Simultaneously heartwarming and heartbreaking, Eden at Dawn gradually ensnares you in a tale of love, exploitation and loss.
